Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your free trial lasts 15 days, and you do not need to add a card when you sign up. Add payment details through Stripe when you choose a paid subscription.
How many people can use my account?
The Start and Plus allowances are shown with the current plan prices. For unlimited users and multiple locations, contact us about the Multi-location plan.
Can I charge my rental customers through FacilRental?
In this version, you collect rental payments through your existing payment service or terminal and record them in FacilRental. Stripe handles your FacilRental subscription.
Can I manage sales tax on rentals?
You can configure a manual tax rate and the categories it applies to, use tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing, and record customer exemptions. Use your accountant's guidance to configure the rate and categories.
Does FacilRental sync with QuickBooks?
This version provides CSV accounting exports for your accountant. It does not provide a native QuickBooks sync. Import compatibility depends on your specific workflow.
Can I send documents for electronic signature?
Plus includes a monthly electronic signature allowance shown in the plan details. Paid external signature services are restricted during the trial.
Is the system available in English?
Yes. The US version uses English, USD, American date formats, and your company's selected time zone. Written rental guides are available in English. Training videos will be added when English versions are available.
